Arrive 10–15 minutes early. We'll meet you, show you around, and answer any questions. No kit needed. No performance expected.

Train for a week — free
If you enjoy the session and want to keep training that week, the mat is yours. At the end of the week, if you'd like to continue, we'll walk you through your options.
