Where are you?

We are located on the 1st Floor above Anytime fitness, 25 New Street, Ashford. 
We have a dedicated entrance on the left (town) side of the building near the bicycle racks.

Do you have parking

Yes. Members can park for free for 2.5 hours in Lidl car park next door.

Is there a contract?

We offer flexible memberships with no long-term commitment.

How often should I train?

Two to three sessions per week is a good starting point. Consistency matters more than volume.

Question 5

Gi vs No-Gi?

Accepted Answer

Gi uses the traditional uniform with grip-based techniques. No-Gi is faster-paced without the uniform. Most students train both.

Do you offer women only classes?

Yes. Dedicated sessions led by our women's coaching team, open to all levels.
